i don't one stick, but can speak to this
the most silent, compact and secure method of bow attachment i have ever used is
1. amsteel daisy chain strap with an aluminum nite ize cam jam adjuster, and back up the cam jam by doing a half hitch onto the daisy chain with its tag end once adjusted (so if cam jam slips or breaks your bow doesn't fall).....folks sell these straps but you can make one in 1 hour tops
Made with 7/64" AmSteel® and a plastic Nite Ize Cam Jam.

2. then mount a secure hook on your bow riser (right side for a rightie if you hang on left of tree) somehow that then hangs onto a loop on this amsteel daisy chain
regarding the hook, bowtechs are easy because they have threads to screw in a dampener by each limb pocket, with other bows i've seen folks make kydex hooks to screw behind quiver mount or even onto the screws by the arrow rest....you could probably also attach a stiff hook to a cord and tie the cord to the riser and the use shrink tubing on everything so that it doesn't bang on your riser at the shot
for me, this method is so much better than a hero clip or any other method (i've tried about all of them), that it isn't even close (you could probably hang off the bottom of your bow and do pull ups, disengages silently, and bow is on so solidly that you'd have to try to make it fall off the loop)
my first whack at it is below, i've since shortened the metal stock, bent it slightly outward so that it goes off and on the loop more easily, and covered the bolts and stock with stealth strips
All the hardware is 5/16" fine thread. The main bolt is 1.25" long. A piece of metal stock with hole goes over it and a bolt holds them together. The shorter bolt goes in the back and keeps the longer bolt from working loose. Hanging off an amsteel daisy chain.
