My kestrel finally arrived today! Since it’s raining outside and I didn’t feel like getting soaked, I was bummed about not being able to play with it. But as it turns out if you a do a double wrap with the tether rope on the support pole in my basement, it holds up pretty well!!! So I’ve been watching tv from my saddle off and on today and I can tell you I’m really excited about hunting from this thing! Definitely need to start practicing with the bow!

I did the same thing last year, couldn’t get outside & couldn’t wait. You are better of sorting out a lot of tether height/ bridge length & getting comfortable with the hookup at ground level anyway.....keep us posted

Glad you like the kestrel it's an awesome saddle. I love it but with 3 different saddles to choose from sometimes it's hard to choose.
