Someone had to tell me in a different thread. It's their fault I learned the trick.
Wow. They may not like me when I contact Macks. I bought 2 sets of 4 from them. And I worked on all 8 of mine. Did you have to send your back to Macks?
No I just sent a email to them and asked about getting steps replacement.And in 2 days had them del.
DO they work like they are supposed to or does it look like you will have to do some work on those as well?
Contact @gcr0003 he said he knew someone who was looking for a couple of them. May buy the whole set I imagine.
I fixed the issue by removing all of them. My old full length set worked perfectly fine without them and so will the minis. I am just using a ball/bungee cord just like the old ones have and it works great.
I loved the ones on my 3 step sticks, but my daughter confiscated them. I'll have to look and see where the bolts will hit. I use my back band as a carry strap so they shouldn't be needed. Maybe a piece those on the bolt threads to keep them from rattling.
