i Just bought a saddle less than a month ago after dreaming for years about getting one... wow its already been expensive. Excited to actually try it out hunting.I’m from central Minnesota , I see after reading there are a lot from around. here

Welcome.and start practicing so you have things dialed in for the season.

Expensive you say? Mmmmm, I'm embarrassed to tell people how much I spent last year getting my saddle equipment. But it's been worth it! I just can't go cheap when it is literally my life hanging on it. This site is also a gold mine of useful advice. Welcome to the clan, stay safe.

Expensive is definitely an understatement but ohhh sooo much fun!!!! Lol! Welcome from Missouri!

Thanks everybody.
If all goes well this year with the saddle, I’ll be getting my son one next year so he can enjoy it also.
I never realized how much different products are out on the market after expanding to something besides a deer stand.

Welcome from west central MN! Buy once cry once is definitely true for saddle hunting. I tried to cut corners with cheap stuff. now I have a bunch of extra stuff I don't use after upgrading. Just a warning, tinkering is an addiction that comes with saddle hunting!

Welcome from Michigan!

Just think you will never have to buy another tree stand....thats the line i tell my wife every time a new saddle item shows up.
