Hi Everyone!

I am new to hunting and therefore new to saddle hunting as well.
After lurking and reading and watching I figured Saddle hunting would be best for someone like me who is going onto public land.

I got the Trophyline Ambush Pro Saddle kit and have done some ground-level hangs as I wait for my Stepladder to arrive.

Was planning on hunting Holly Shelter game land this season, any tips or pointers would be welcome.

Regards,
Cartman

Really wanting to take the plunge into saddles this year myself. I’m from the mountains of NC but we come down and dog deer every year in your neck of the woods. Use to stay right on Shaw Highway at Mr Meeks place. Hunted Holly Shelter a few times. Plenty of deer in there. We hunting around Leland and back towards Bolton now. Juniper Creek Gamelands. We are dog hunting but I have found a few places I would love to hang and hunt.

Welcome from Mt Holly, NC.
