Does anyone know how to upload a video to a post in the forum

The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Choose SH Member and purchase.

help with posting a video

Best bet is to upload to YouTube and then share the link in your post and the forum will populate it automatically. If it’s a video on YouTube you just want to share then just post it

I'm a novice, but I was able to do it by making a YouTube video and posting the link.

Youtube is the only way I know to do it. If you have any way to post to some other multimedia site just so you have a way to post the link. For whatever reason video files are to large for the format used here. Just remember that any other site you choose to use for video posting , that in order for others to view it they may have to be subscribed to that site. Thats why its easier to use youtube. You dont need an account to watch videos on youtube.
