@DanO sells prusik tenders for less than $2/each on doublesteps.com. The rings and paracord are functional and easy to set up, but those tenders are the way to go IMO. I found that the paracord and ring bound up more if I loaded the prusik really hard, and you’re not really saving money or time by making the paracord/loop setup. Go here and drop a few bucks on a half-dozen prusik tenders that can be multi-use as gear hangers and cinching loops.
