My policy is to sell if I haven't used it in 2 seasons, unless it's a specialty item I occasionally use (predator caller, guns etc.). I do keep a backup bow and at minimum, one backup set and climbing system.

And I've thought about selling my backup bow because I never use it. I'd like to put $2.5k together for an eBike ...so that backup bow is starting to look more like dollar signs!

The problem with selling sticks is the shipping. I have a set of lone wolfs that I would sell but they are more valuable for possible donor parts than selling once you factor in shipping.

I normally post on either craigslist or Facebook sell/swap groups. If I don't get a hit there, I keep it. I agree ...shipping would be too high.

I have been practicing climbing with my JX 3 for the past couple of months and got to the point where I don’t envision a situation where I would go back to my Summit. Ended up selling the Goliath yesterday, and in the nick of time. Taxidermist called this morning saying my 2018 Kansas buck is ready.

Btw, what is a baker? LOL. I know what one is. But what about all those young guys?
Actually, I don't own a baker and never did (I was taking a shot at comedy).

But I DO still have 2 Fox Squirrel climbers from 1978ish.

So yes, I guess I do need a 12 step program.
Hi, my name is Tom and I'm a hoarder.....

I need to sell some stuff soon. I have spurs, SRT gear, muddy pros, diy stick, helium's, carbon bolts, treehopper bolts, WE steps, LWHC, and rope steps. Problem is sometimes different situations call for different gear and I'm always afraid that if I sell something I'll want to rebuy it and we all know how long it takes to get things on back order. Everytime I go to get rid of stuff I just don't. At this point I think I could sell it all except the muddy pros, WE steps, and hand climber and be just fine.

Let us know when you make up your mind so we’ll know which method, hoarding or selling, to call “The Murph”

Talk about hoarding, I don't even want to start a conversation about turkey and deer calls!!!!! And......if you have the trapping bug...… sheesh!!!!
