Anyone who has had both prefer no holes over holes? Didn’t know if one was potentially quieter than the other.

I run 3 beast sticks with the holes, after stealth stripping it’s pretty silent. I would imagine there wouldn’t be much sound difference between hole/hole-less versions as long as you go through basic quieting modifications

Ive had both and cant notice a difference once they are stealth stripped exept for price. My advice is save some cash and buy the no holes

The ones without holes are easier to modify down the road if need be...since there aren't big holes cut into all the sides, you have room to drill and mount other things if you want. Also easier on the wallet. I only use the no-hole version. Have about a dozen of them at this point since I will occasionally leave some up on pre-sets on private land. Great sticks.

I agree, they are the best sticks I’ve owned. I currently have the version with holes and was wondering if I should consider the no holes if I decide to get more. Thanks.

It is all about weight. I would go with the version with holes, lighter and easier re-sale, if that is a consideration.

I believe you save 2 ounces per stick with the holes vs no-holes. I think they both sound like wind chimes without stealth strips. I have the ones with holes and absolutely love them.

Agreed.. on both accounts... they're awesome but need stealth stripping... I can't even imagine how loud Tethrd 1s are... I actually need to go back and stealth strip 3 sides of the standoffs as well as the steps... I still tend to ding those together while in the tree
