There is a self adjust screw, but we'll have to turn it around or change it out possibly due to how close it is to the bracket.
 
10 '' across by12 '' deep mine is just 10.5 '' high . Sorry but This isn't for size 14 EEE's lol. The adjustment screw can be removed as in my platform or left on. Its just like the one on the XOP I think. I think this platform is the perfect size. I`ve been on it off and on now for three weeks and I`m very comfortable with using it in conjunction with my steps .
 
The size looks pretty similar to the Lone Wolf seat? Mine hasnt arrived yet

Have you noticed if the raised ridge on the backside of the platform is an issue when pivoting your feet around for a weak side type shot? Didnt really notice that before but it would seen that would be a hindrance .
