How did you cook venison today?

Yes, I followed the Hank Shaw recipe. It came out great however I would add a little more rice. He said that he lowered the amount of rice as compared to traditional. It was not hard to make. I stuffed most of mine however I ate most of it ice fishing mixed with eggs so the first thing I did was remove it from the casing.

We started eating it mixed with eggs while ice fishing this winter, it was a big hit on the ice. People who had not tried it didn't know what I was cooking when the strong celery/onion/parsley scent hit them.
