How many is only using 2 sticks

Done it a few times. Did it yesterday because that was all I needed to get into cover. Can get 10 -12 feet up with just 2 and platform. I still carry 4 though.
 
I run 2 and a Knaider/swaider sometimes. If I know I will only be going 14 feet or less, it is definitely light and efficient. Lately I have gone to using a sling with 3 Skeletors. I attach the sling to the bottom stick so I can just start climbing right away and I don't have to hang them off my saddle, just unhook as I go. I still use a K/S for a little more height.
 
I used to for a bit with a 3 step movable aider got me about 15’
 
I’d like to slime down to 2 sticks. Currently I run 3 novix minis with aiders easily gets my feet to 16-17 feet. If I need I can stretch it out. But I’m commonly finding myself hanging my platform just above my top stick, because my cover is good and shooting lanes.

50% of the time that’s what I run…I always have a third one with me just in case ..all depends on specific set up
 
Depends on the location. Sometimes two with my home-made two steo aider is all that I need.
