Hello,

I'm a newbie to hunting in general and will be taking the archery plunge as well. I may look at the shotgun/muzzle loader routes as "deer rifles" aren't legal for hunting here in MA. I'm using archery and hunting as motivation to counter act a GI condition, regain some weight, get stronger, and help digest food. I will be exploring public lands as I'm physically able and want to stay mobile. These two factors make the saddle a really helpful option versus the extra weight of a climbing tree stand. I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can, and hopefully I might bump into some of you out there in the field.

Well, technically, I live just outside of Boston, Winchester/Woburn area. Looking forward to learning from you gents (and I assume a few ladies as well). Happy New Year!

Hi from NY. I use a MZ during regular season here in NY. It is light and accurate,a great combo. I rather spend my money on a saddle and archery stuff than on guns, and the MZ has been working just fine.

Welcome from north shore of boston! I am new to hunting as well and will be buying a new saddle rig for 2020 season.

Welcome! I’m another North Shore guy. This was my second year in a saddle, and I’m set on this style of hunting for our area. Can’t beat it!
