He’s been out riding high on red wavesWhere did that jackwagon that was making the wood deluxe go? Aint seen hide nor hair in forever.
Casey their head sew tech was able to buy the company from Sophia. He won’t have the same material connections and financial resources that she had however since he is the guy that did the designs, it should have all the same quality we are all used to. Based on the Facebook pics I’ve seen, it’s going to be the same saddle as the flex he made 2 years ago minus the integrated lineman’s belt. Instead the lineman’s loops will be connected exactly like the CGM cobra lineman loopsIf you aren’t in a super hurry I’d wait a bit and see what Aerohunter comes up with. Their FB page has been very active lately and it seems the company may be rising from the ashes. I love my Flex.
I sat in that in Scheels tonight...i love my method 2 but that was a super comfy 1 panel.Never thought I'd see the day, but my Cruzr XC has been dethroned as the most comfortable.
I have about 30 hours in the stand now with my Latitude Lonestar, and it's superb. First couple of sits I had some hip pinch, but it was likey due to my body just not being used to the new pressure. It's gone away completely now.
It's just effortlessly comfy. It doesn't seem to have a sweet spot. Whether I place it high or low, doesn't matter.
The Mantis is the only saddle I've sold. I have the Kite, the Kestrel, the Merlin and the Overwatch Transformer. I love my Kite and Kestrel but to be honest really never gave the other two a fair shake until yesterday. Yesterday I pulled out the transformer and wow! I've never sat in a saddle I've always leaned it was just natural to me, the Kite and Kestrel are very good for that but the transformer kinda makes my want to sit and it's very comfortable to sit in.Hey all! I currently hunt out of a Tethrd Mantis. I’ve modified it tons with adjustable amsteel bridge, prusics on the bridge connections so I can dial in the angle it sits at…and a couple other things I’m not thinking of right now. The thing is, I find that it’s not as comfortable as I would like, especially for all day sits. I would like a little more back support and a bit more real-estate to support my backside. I’m 6’5” and 290lbs. I’ve been looking at the Latitude Lonestar, Method 2, Cruzr‘s offerings (though I can’t remember the names right now) and even Tethrd’s new saddles. Should I go with a great single panel, or are the two panel saddles better? What new features are dealbreakers for you and what should I decide I can’t live without? I would like to keep it around $300 if I can, but would like to be more comfortable in the the tree. What suggestions would you make for a guy my size?
My post is up above. Lonestar smokes the XC. Never thought those words would leave me mouth but the Lonestar did it.Second year in a Cruzr XC and don’t really have any complaints….however, that 30% off a Latitude Lonestar 3.0 is tempting. Talk me out of it, or into it…go
Dang you BigMike! Just pulled the trigger on a new Lonestar. The 30% off put me over the edge. Great deal!My post is up above. Lonestar smokes the XC. Never thought those words would leave me mouth but the Lonestar did it.
If you don't like it can you always sell it for almost what you paid for it on here.
Just ordered mine today!!! Too good to pass up!!!Second year in a Cruzr XC and don’t really have any complaints….however, that 30% off a Latitude Lonestar 3.0 is tempting. Talk me out of it, or into it…go
So i love my Method 2. But if u like single panels, their Lonestar saddle is pretty dang comfy. Im not sure who all carries Latitude stuff, but if you have a Scheels near you, they carry them.So I have a Tetherd Lockdown (now called an Ultralock) and I feel like it’s just too bulky- I don’t need all those big pockets- and I just can’t seem to find the right comfort in it. Looking at the Method 2. Should I consider some others?
