Is this normal?! Tethrd Predator XL

I'm not a expert in aluminum, but based on my experience with steel I'd say this was pulled from the die and laid on a cold table. Probably doesn't affect the structural strength much if at all. But the product was designed to be flat. Therefore I would want it flat
 
Id call it unacceptable for the outrageous money paid for a cast aluminum platform. Tethrd once again putting out a product with QC issues.

Id tell them to kick rocks and give you a new one or you're gonna blast em on SH.com...
that seems to get them a bit concerned.

Thanks for the advice! That is the direction I am leaning. I posted my like new phantom saddle, ropes, and Ropeman 1s on a local forum. If I can figure out PayPal fees and such I'll post those items and the platform in the SH classifieds.

They came that way. Nothing to do with the camming. Although, I did break the first one the first time it went on the tree. Same as several other users. I guess I'm honored I got to be part of the RnD that led to the gen 2.
