My ISP blocked saddle hunter website. I have to switch over to cellular data to open this site but I can open anything else while on my home Wi-Fi network Anyone had this happen or have a workaround?

Who is your ISP?
Could it be your browser? Try a different browser.
Installing a VPN is always a good idea in general, maybe it's time to get one.
I can't imagine why your ISP would block this site. Keep me posted via PM please.

ISP - fastwyre
Same browser opens safdlehunter on cellular network but can’t on wifi.
Any recommendations on VPN?

What router are you using for your home network? Sometimes it could be a filter or ad blocker on those.

That is pretty crazy. See if you can access the site from another device on the same wifi network.

The only times I've seen us blocked is if a company blocks us.

Really should call the ISP to complain.

A VPN, proxy server , changing DNS, using the Tor Browser can help getting around blocks. Of all VPN is the easiest way to go. Then Tor the others, you need to know away your internet and browser settings on your PC /router

X2 on Proton VPN. I use all their products and they are the used heavily by info sec pros (I used to be one until I switched gigs). That is actually the first use case I’ve heard of an isp blocking a site.

I'd be interested in seeing a tracert log seeing where the blocking starts

I called my ISP and found out they are having the same issue with people not being able to access their email site along with a few other sites. Fastwyre just took over from Cameron communications recently so maybe they inherited an issue.
