EXACTLY! I have friends that are gym rats and such and I can grab a deer and pass them with their backpack on. Gutta stay farm strong to be efficient! Weights and benches only get you so far...work the body hard naturally.
Maybe that's the reason cross fit is so popular

After I got out of the Army,I vowed to never run again, unless being chased. It didn’t take long to see that PT was actually a good thing! I still hate running, but saddle hunting should keep ya kind in shape!!!:)
