What are you guys wearing? Pro and cons? Since they are kinda necessary for hunting from a tree.

Foam pad on tree. Simple, light, and cool early season but mainly so my buddies have one less thing to rip on me for.

I've been using the same pair since 2009. They are rubber on the outside and soft foam on the inside. No velcro. Love them.

You can see them on my YouTube Channel.

How much?

I bought them many years ago as a package with my Trophyline saddle. Can’t remember how much they cost back then but thinking around $25. They don’t make them anymore but you may be able to find some used ones on Ebay. I saw a pair a few months ago.

watched all your So. Illinois DIY hunting videos, didn't see anything specific about you knee pads. I saw them briefly in one clip.

Then I must have linked to the wrong ones. Mine aren't hard capped. They have a more durable surface than straight foam, but definitely not a hard plastic cap. Let me look again.

I'm willing to spend more if I get a knee pad that is comfortable, quiet and easy to get on and off.

I think they are different. Weren’t the ones you got like $70?

These are $40. @g2outdoors
Yeah I paid $60 I believe for mine. They're worth it...super light, don't take much space, pack well, quiet, comfortable, easy to put on, and protect my knees very well.
