Just ordered the metal free method. Looks like this is far superior to any saddle currently on the market. I’m currently using a Mantis and older trophyline. Anyone have experience with this one?

I've got 4 hunts in mine. Absolutely love this saddle!! It truly is comfortable. Had to play with the bridge length and tethrd height but it didn't take me long to figure it out.

Are any of you using the leg loops? I’m on the fence.

Following as well!

Nope, don’t use them on my method or recon. Makes walking in extremely comfortable, almost don’t notice wearing a saddle. Never felt uncomfortable without them either, I one stick climb and rappel down and have no issues.

So there are three of these type saddle's commercially available, Recon, ESS, and Latitude? Do all three offer the 30 day try and return if it's not for you?

I'm not sure what is available regarding "return policy"? Good question.

Just ordered mine. See how it compares to the Phantom. I’m thinking I’ll have a phantom for sale shortly.

Tactisaddle is similar, too.

EDIT After looking at the tactisaddle again, it’s similar but different... it’s more like a panel saddle with no panel between the webbing!...

It is similar. I have all of the above except the ESS. I am mainly a leaner. I don’t find a lot of difference in comfort in any of them. Functionally, they all have some pluses and minuses to me.
