Lattitude Method 2

Any of u guys one stick with the method or method 2?... I'm kicking this around as well as getting either new sticks or a one stick.... I already rappel so I'm just wondering if a 2 panel saddle is compatible with both climbing methods?

I one stick and rappel with my method no problems. I have the regular belt and have been curious on hooking to the loop on the belt but so far I just adjust my bridge down.

Ive got the method 2 xl. I can't imagine anything being more comfortable. And, I absolutely love the rope belt and magnets

I am a 36” waist you think I need XL? Reason I ask is some are saying size up

34-36 inch waist ……I bought the XL thinking the extra room would add to comfort….it does….most comfortable saddle I’ve ever used but the extra size makes it feel sloppy and cumbersome….bought the regular size and it’s night and day better.

This saddle really interests me. I am right now using a borrowed saddle so need one of my own. Its always nice to try before you buy.

Love mine.

Started with an Aero Hunter, went to a Tethrd, tried this one and won't go back. Walking in/out, it wears like a kidney belt. Climbing/rappelling, it wears like a boson's chair with a back band. At height, it can be adjusted as a typical leaning saddle and a boson's chair when sitting.

Edit: For the rope belt, I did retie it adding an extra wrap in the hitch to keep it from working loose. Simple fix and doesn't slip when I don't want it to.

I've got a 33" waist. I bought them both and ended up keeping the XL. No regrets. I love it.
If you search my old posts, you may find some pictures I took of both of them.

What I liked better about the XL wasn't necessarily the depth of the panel, but the width. The regular size ended up putting the stitching where the straps meet right on my hip bones. It pinched pretty bad.

The XL is several inches wider.

Same path aero hinter then mantis version one back to aero hunter kestrel but that one is 4 yrs ago looking for more streamlined and this method 2 looks pretty slick but I wonder about the rope belt safety in a fall that no one ever wants to go through but you have to think about
