Looking for DIY bow holders that strap to the tree. Curios to see if anyone has anything that sticks out a little further than the average hook on the strap.
I whipped this prototype up this morning. Gonna see about paring some weight off and playing with the angles to make the hook go a little more upward under load. Made the hangar from climbing spec cord with the inner strands removed and replaced with pieces of bamboo chopstick. The bit around the tree is just 550 cord.
It folds up flat and is relatively light. Considering replacing the bamboo with either some thin spring steel or carbon arrow shafts.

I am gonna tweak the lengths etc a bit. But I will be happy to after I get it dialed in.That is really something ya got there! You should post up a diy.
Whats that made out of and what does it weigh? Looks real sturdy.
I don't know what it weighs....... It's made of pvc board
