Great, but if they truly only have 150, and stated that(as they did) and didn't click the check box and add 150 to inventory to have it automatically shut off when sold out on the SHOPIFY site (which is a platform I work in regularly and is literally a matter of less than 30 seconds to setup), this is 100% a misleading marketing ploy. Its a built in feature.Brad specifically told me, weeks ago, that they would have around 150 units ready to go. So, I expect the website is accurate and not a marketing ploy. Now, whether the site will update when that quantity runs out is anybody’s guess.
Curious how you know? Did they tell you what order number they started on?(not trying to be facetious here, I"m truly curious)I;m in the first 150, I believe they will ship today as stated, anyone wanting one after that could be in for a long wait if at all, I say this because it seems it took a long time to make these 150 and from what I read they had to pull off other water jet production for that and they are behind on other stands.
Edited and corrected, you are right never assume.Curious how you know? Did they tell you what order number they started on?(not trying to be facetious here, I"m truly curious)
Sorry, wasnt trying to be an a$$....just given the fact that it hasnt shut off, I'm not assuming anything anymore...Edited and corrected, you are right never assume.

And we all know we can't let a little honesty and transparency get in the way of them dolla, dolla bills, yo.as you mentioned, that would likely impact sales after inventory hit 0.
Yup, I 'm with ya 100%. The site actually has the ability to be setup to sell through the in stock 150, mark the item as back ordered on the item listing page, then display a backorder date(and message if desired) and continue to take orders past the original inventory level. Not setting it up like that is just going to frustrate people. You’re absolutely right. I just simply meant the 150 number was accurate and not a way to garner orders. How they manage their website is completely different. It does suck that guys don’t know if they’re in that first 150. A better option would have been to add live inventory to the page, but as you mentioned, that would likely impact sales after inventory hit 0.
I added 200 to my cart and tried to check out. It said there are 33 left and gave an out of stock message.Yup, I 'm with ya 100%.
