LW Hang-on Seat Platform stick mod?

I've seen all the DIY mods to make the LW hang-on seats into their own platform, but has anyone simply added the seat to the top of a lonewolf stick? Basically, Step, Step, Seat. I think you would likely have to have a longer main bean so the seat fastener doesn't interfere with the bracket, but you get where I'm going with this. Has this been done this, whether good or bad?

Stick and seat post are different diameters.

In my situation it was too long and it sucked to climb over the seat to make another step higher (I was one sticking).

I used something similar for a couple of years before anybody was making platforms commercially. I liked it a lot for what I had at the time. Let me see if I can find a pic I posted on here sometime before on another post.

Not a lonewolf seat, I think it was a gorilla tree seat, I used the tube that it came with and slid it over the stick and added the standoff back on. If you notice on the second pic there are hooks for a strap that I used with a ratchet strap for stableness, they came with the seat. Only stopped using it to go with lighter setup.
