LWCG double step release

Got mine yesterday. They're really light and they stack awesome. They pack great on the shelf of my MR popup which is what I was hoping for. I had a quick chance to put one on a tree using the cam buckle and it was ok, wasn't at risk of a kick out. It wasn't as stable as other sticks I've used but it wasn't going to kick out on this tree. I can see it being at risk for a kickout with other attachment methods though. I think this will be a cam buckle only stick. I really can't believe they put the button's so high, that seems like a complete oversight unless the engineering of the stick needed it there so it doesn't break. 4 sticks came in at 6.4 pounds so each stick averages 1.6 instead of 1.5 advertised as read on my rapala fish scale.

All in all I only got to put it on a tree briefly but they have potential and I can't wait to try them out on some more trees to see how they actually perform.

Thanks for the quick review @redsquirrel. Next question (asked in my best Roy D. Mercer voice) is "just how big a feller are ya'?"

I've put on quite a gut now and am up to 190. :tearsofjoy:
I have "winter weight" that I put on because it's cold & the snow is butthole deep to a tall Indian, so I don't do much that time of year. Slimmed down now, but that is still 225. I have a feeling a lot of people put on some weight the last few months. Luckily I've been steady busy, no slow down.

Got mine today. Set up 2 and went up a few different trees. Overall I like them a good amount. They are stable to me and bit in the tree well. No issues with flex or kick out on the 3 trees i tried them on. Im 215 lbs. Love the stackability and short length for packing in. Very nice for a mobile hunter and will be worth the weight in gold for the rut imo. Which is what im thinking these were pretty much designed and targeted for. Im waiting on aiders. All in all good job lwcg. I will use the hell out of these and hopefully get it done.
