Same here^^^ I know a lot crap is said about the beast sticks, but I'm staying with them. I did have a bracket bend a little, but they took care of me right away. Since then haven't had any issues, the only thing I'd change is I wish they was a little further away from the tree.

Thanks for the info. Wow! Not sure what to do now. I do love my minis. How did you arrange that deal, being able to send back for minis that is?
I haven’t had any big issues with the doubles yet, but do agree the button is quite high, and seeing Andrae’s approach/attitude on this.......

I'm not one to stir the pot, but I ordered cable aiders last week and still haven't received any email about shipping. I don't get what is up with them.

Care to elaborate?
Really didn't care for the finish being inside the threads, I had to crank 3 of the bolts most of the way in through the finish. The bolt standoffs are not to trustworthy, even after giving the stick a few bounces to set it like in their video the stick is still not really solid on the tree. When standing on the top step you can watch the stick almost swing back and forth as you shift your weight around(button to high). The most annoying thing was the moan the stick makes when you step back on to it coming back down. It's been mentioned but it doesn't take much to flex the stick either. I will also note that one of the trees I tried I had my 1st stick kickout, wasn't anything crazy but it reminded me of a wild edge step teetering to one side

I agree! I just don’t see these as a good choice for sticks. I made a stick using bolts and I ended up scaling the whole thing. It just didn’t do what most of us expect.

Scraping!! Damn spell check!

Decided to keep mine. Honestly they perform better than I thought and this close to the opener it’s easier to not replace.

I dont see how these bolts arent trustworthy? They are grade 8 bolts correct? if so the have 150,000 pound tensile strength per square inch. They use them to hold buildings and cars together??

I could be wrong on what the bolts are so i apologize if im wrong

Yes you are correct but also bolts are used to pull two pieces together they’re not exactly designed to be pushed on sideways... just a thought... but the bolts breaking are the least of my worries...
