Well I’d like to not appear as just a complainer. I’m very happy for the tethered team!! Looks like y’all are figuring this stuff out and handling business. Plenty companies fail at this point so congrats. I hope you all get rich beyond your wildest dreams and keep putting out awesome products.

I ordered pretty much the same as you 2 days BEFORE yours... I just got my tracking number. Your should likely get your notice this week

Well they revised their shipping update. Bummer, my large would have been on the way if the original update was right. But I guess it'll be headed this way next week. Still a good jump in shipping times either way.

Dang, I was starting to wonder why I had not received a shipping confirmation email. I ordered a Large on 8/2. Go figure.
 
does anybody in this weeks shipping (large 8-2) have a ups tracking movement- mine just saying label created. like they aint even picked it up from tethrd.
 
I'm having a tough time figuring out how tethrd is doing their shipments. By their updates and the way people are saying that they are getting their shipping confirmations it would seem that they are just piling them all up and only shipping out once a week. Maybe I'm wrong though... I'm hoping to get my confirmation after tomorrows shipping update (large 8/6).

TBH I think you’re right on the money. To the company, it’s probably the best way to ship as orders pile in. To customers, it seems more frustrating than anything else because it’s not really a “normal” way to ship products from their original location. I’m kinda numb to it after 2 orders that were frustratingly difficult to get answers about and took a while. BUT I fully believe Ernie has the best intentions for his customers. He contacted me personally to straighten something out, long after the products I ordered reached my door. That’s not what I experienced from their customer service reps, but Ernie has my vote and I will eat my shipping times with less salt than before due to him.

We receive large lots of saddles from our sew houses. When we receive one of these lots, many orders are processed and fulfilled on that day. If we had an infinite supply, we would ship every day. But we can only ship as fast as our sew houses produce. We continue to add sew houses and capacity to existing sew houses.
 
Ordered a large kit with accessories on 7/18 and received yesterday! Whooo whoop! Good luck to all still waiting
