I was missing the heater, platform, and adjusters.
 
I ordered a large on Sept 15th. Sounds like I should hear something very soon. Looking forward to it. Hope the Mantis lives up to the hype. If it does my Kestrel will go up for sale soon.
 
Ordered Sept 7 just got shipping notice. Predator platform not shipped just my saddle and accessories... edit I ordered a large
 
Anyone know if they have been sending out shipping notifications on the weekends? Or have they been shipping on the weekends? I see jofus got his shipping notification and he ordered the same day as me. So mine should be today if the do it on weekends.
 
There’s a shipping update dated 9/21 on the website. It’s in the “News and Announcements”. Says they’re expecting platform hardware to arrive in 10 days and will assemble and ship ASAP.

“Happy Mid-Weekend! Hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend so far.

Shipping update for 9/21/19. These items were packaged and shipped this past week:

M and XL saddle orders through order date of 8/15. Tracking updates should post and be sent via email by end of day Monday. We were busy packing through the weekend so may take until Monday to post.

Large saddle orders are shipped thru order date 8/10.

Platform alone and with accessory orders are shipped thru order date 8/28.

Accessories were a big push this weekend and now shipped within 7 days of current date.

Anyone with accessory order that included a heater: heaters are not quite in stock but the other items if not already shipped will complete on Monday and Tuesday this next week. A Small batch of heaters will ship later this week and we will get caught up with heaters over next 2-3 weeks.

We had 2 surprises this week in inventory that will affect some orders:

Microfits are out of stock but will be in stock end of next week. Customers who don’t receive them with the saddle will get them as soon as possible. No worries we are tracking who’s orders are missing these.

Platforms- we had a delay in hardware – and are expecting to receive the hardware in about 10 days then will assemble and ship as quickly as possible. Next update will give more specifics as we receive the needed hardware.

Over the next 10 days- WE WILL SHIP ALL REMAINING AUGUST SADDLE ORDERS and will be into early September orders which will keep us within just a couple weeks for lead time.

This week we will get those cool hats, T-shirts and sweatshirts on the website. Start thinking about Christmas gifts for yourself or family!

So up date on my order I got Yesterday 10/4 shipping showed 3 item checked off and shipped on the shipping label. I got my XL Mantis and the SyS hauler ES but NOT the standard SyS hauler that comes with the saddle as a selection for my Tethrd Freebie. So I sent an email....I don't like that there isn't a number on the site and that they have now suspended the account detail of the site. Oh well I have the emails form purchasing that shows I what I ordered........meh no big deal still super happy!

My shipping notice had order number -1. I was thinking it was showing my order was split in two and this was part 1 since my platform wasn't shipped with saddle
 
The new update on Facebook is promising. Saying that they are only 17 or so days out for new orders and that they have the predator parts and are putting them together to get them sent out!
 
My saddle shipped in 29 days from order supposed to be here Wednesday. Hopefully I'll get my platform soon as well. Luckily I have nothing worth shooting on cam behind my house but am leaving for my family farm in 2 weeks for last 2 weeks of bow 2 weeks of muzzle and then gun. I've got a few cams out there but haven't checked since early august.
 
My 23 October order showed up today with the saddle kit. Platform wasn’t included.

Tethrd’s Oct 5 Update:


Update for Oct 5th:

Saddles are swiftly shipping out now!! By the end of day Monday you should have your email notification for saddles through these order dates:

Mediums- Sept 23
Larges- Sept 16
XL- Sept 16

That means every saddle order is shipping within 17 days of order date!

Please allow time for these notification emails to reach you. They will come from Tethrd with a tracking number. If you receive a UPS notice that a label has been created for you- thats because we are prepping your package for shipment. The next notice will be from Tethrd when UPS picks up and scans your order in transit. Thanks for your patience with that process.

Platforms- we received the hardware and are assembling platforms like mad men! (And women ). We will start shipping out orders that were delayed starting early next week. It will take a little time to get through all of them but they are coming!

Accessories- we have shipped to within 3-4 days of your order date! Still expect accessory orders to be shipped in a 7-10 day window. SBW heaters are still coming in each week and we are shipping out as we get them.

Standard versa straps- waiting on more inventory. We will update again once we have those available. Mini straps are available now.

Yeah, it is. Realistically though, when I placed my order two weeks ago, I was expecting to wait 4 weeks or more. Based on current updates, it’ll be sooner than that. So I can’t complain. But yeah, my hopes were up.

At least you have the saddle. you can go buy 4 cheap screw in steps and at least practice/get out there!
