I sent almost $500 to them, items are in stock and I have no shipping notice.

I don’t know about the rest of you but I have a big problem with that.

Saw a note from Greg saying they would send out an update later this week....
 
They must also be having issues with their Predator supplier. I ordered on June 2nd and I'm still waiting. I would think I would be first in line if they had received any in the last month. I have a saddle, but am using the top of my sticks...kinda sucks.

Thanks got a shipping notification Saturday tried to check the tracking# it says it don't exist. Thanks
 
Anyone know if an update is coming? Looking forward to a platform shipping this week.

I got mine today! Turns out they reprinted my shipping label before sending it but forgot to change the tracking number. Great quality and the SYS haulers are huge. In fact my harness was shipped in the hauler and it was not full!

I was a little bummed to find there were no carabiners or tree tether. No big deal, I have some good beaners from my climbing days and I scrounged up a tether from a friend to get me going for the weekend. Then I got another shipping notification today saying remaining parts are on the way. They didn’t have to send my partial order out 2 days ahead of the balance, but they did. Made me feel good.

I think sales are way ahead of what they projected. I think there orders are in the 8000s! Had they know how wildly popular there product would be they may have done some things differently. Hind site is 20/20. But it’s a good product and I’m glad to have it.

I just hope Greg and Ernie are finding a little time to hunt and not spending all of there hunting season stresses out and working! (Says the guy who has his!)

I have emailed them twice about my sys pouch and my recliner in the last 5 days. No reply. I got my saddle though last week. I am thankful for that.
 
I received a email a couple weeks ago saying my order was completed. Anyone else receive this? What does it mean exactly???? I ordered a Predator in August. I figured it meant it was in and shipped but I never received any shipping info. After a week of not receiving anything the platform or any other info I was wondering if it meant that it was delivered. Problem is I never received anything. Emails sent to tethrd but no response. I get that they are slammed etc and I’m in no hurry to have it but worried that my Predator was lost in shipping. With no response from tethrd to confirm one way or another I have no clue what’s going on. A bit frustrating for sure.

Same here. I wouldn't be worried. They told me they will ship when they receive them from the manufacturer when I shared the same concern.

I don’t mind that it hasn’t come yet. I’m patient. Just wanting confirmation on the wording (order completed) To me it sounds like it means we shipped and you have it lol. If it doesn’t mean that tell something. And getting that email 2 months after I ordered.
 
Just looked at Tethrd's website and last news update was 10 days ago, October 15. It states that they are expecting a shipment by the end of this week that will have they all caught up with possibly some inventory. If that is correct, then hopefully I will receive the platform and remainder of the order at that time. Until then, will keep using WE steps as my platform.

Yeh....I got the same email which is why I was concerned since I haven't recieved my Predator from June 2 yet. I think they are still working out some communication issues.
 
Update: I have received confirmation that it has not shipped yet. This makes me feel better because I was worried it was delivered and some fool took it off my porch.
Also, as stated earlier it looks like everything is getting shipped out next week.
 
I ordered two predators in July and haven't been told they shipped. They have done a lot of talking about the mantis, but little info on the predators. I'll be honest, that concerns me. I've seen rumors of leveling bolt noise issues, and warped platforms. I know metal can me a finicky thing to work with, and I really hope they are not running into production issues. I have WE steps that I use for a platform and to be honest I hate the set up. I order the predator and two bullman steps to get away from the WE steps. I can't wait to get my predator. I'm doing my best at being patient, just wish I had a little more info.
 
Man, I can imagine that is super frustrating. Mine doesn't have any warping issues and the leveling bolt noise is super easy to fix with stealth tape or an adhesive felt bumper you can purchase just about any where.

Got my mantis today. Hung in a little crooked tree in the yard. Played with the way it fit for about 15 minutes. I can tell already this is going to be a game changer for me.
