Email update just went out. I’m leaving for a 10 day hunting trip on Nov 14 and it looks like I won’t be saddle hunting. I placed my order in August and felt pretty confident I would have a saddle and platform by the time the trip came around. I guess $600 worth of gear will just have to sit in the closet until next season
 
I have a Mantis on order but didn't receive an email update. Maybe I need to sign up for the email list. Is the info something that can be shared?

Greetings Saddle Fanatics! We've been unbelievably busy since the last update. You guys have been killing a lot of deer and sending us awesome pics, and we're still trying to get all caught up on orders. The good news is there's light at the end of the back order tunnel...

Mantis Saddle
M - Shipped through the first week(ish) of August. The next batch of Mediums will be delivered to us in approximately 2 weeks and will catch us up through October.
L - Shipped through the third week(ish) of August. We have another shipment due in this week that will catch up all larges through October 29th.
XL - Shipped through the first 2 weeks(ish) of October. The next shipment delivered to us is 3(ish) weeks away.

Predator Platform
We’re expecting a really big tiered shipment over the next 10-12 days (starting today, Oct 29th) that will fulfill all current orders and get us out of the back order tunnel. Woohoo!!

Lineman Belts – back in stock, ready to ship.

Ropemans – SOLD OUT. We bought every Ropeman we could find in the continental US at full retail prices so we could fulfull all our current orders. The next shipment isn't due in for 6 weeks.

We're diligently plugging away at all the partial orders we shipped throughout this process. When possible we combine orders but don't always catch them. You may get partial shipments. If that's the case, just reach out and we'll make sure everything makes its way to your gear closet.

With the crazy volume of email/facebook/SH forum/Instagram inquiries, it's extremely difficult to respond about a specific order status. We could literally spend 4-6 hours a day just responding to correspondence. So if you don't get an email in response to "when will order xx ship", understand that's why. The best updates are these weekly(ish) updates we're sending out.

Thank you so much for the patience and support you guys have graciously shown throughout this process. We're moving as fast as humanly possible, but we just weren't prepared for the amount of hunters who wanted to jump on the saddle train. Thank you so much for choosing Tethrd. The wait will be worth it.

Thanks much - can't wait. Funny about buying up all the Ropemen. I think they really did. I've had a couple in my Amazon cart for a week and I just checked them. Now currently unavailable.

Can't imagine the logistics involved in having all of this manufactured and shipped.

I did the exact thing with the Ropeman 1 lol. had them in my amazon cart for a while and went to buy them and they were unavailable. I found some for the same price on REI.com

Since I have no idea what third week(ish) means: When you all start receiving your Large orders can you post your order number and/or date ordered? I ordered Aug 22 (#6522)

I have a two week hunt coming up soon and I need to know if I'll be dragging my heavy tree recliner with me or if I'll be able to hunt with a saddle (it's going to make a huge difference in how I approach/work my hunting spots).

I’d say 8/22 sounds like it is right in the 3rd weekish range of the Aug questionable period

Hopefully ur on the sooner side than later

I'm certain I remember hearing some folks that order well past 1st week of August getting there mediums. I'm assuming this is a typo on the most current update. I mentioned it on the Facebook post, but got no reply.

If its correct, then that's roughly a month between incoming shipments of mediums. If I was in their shoes I would not be happy with the supplier.

Ish. Common tethrd term for I stay hopeful. Hopefully it will get there in time for your hunt. I would plan on taking your heavy tree recliner as well. I’m sure if you’re in good shape it’s doable but I couldn’t imagine hunting every day for two weeks as a new saddlehunter. You will probably be pretty sore after a couple days in the saddle and need a day break. Of course after two weeks you will definitely be in saddle shape.
 
Just got a notice that part of my second order, not completion of first, was sent today. Bags to hook to saddle. Still missing heater, recliner, micro adjusters, and platform.
Killed another pig from mantis last night
 
To be fair, just got a notice that all orders will be notified upon shipping. That was a reply I'm guessing from s person.
I'm getting better at saddle hunting. Bought a chaulk bag to use for rope storage. I would like a platform. Been using a wild edge ladder step. Hard to turn around
