Is an email sufficient to cancel an order? I’ve been waiting since August and my order surely won’t be delivered by Tuesday when I need it.
 
Yes it is. Cancel mine because of the back orders and won't receive till next year order number in the 15000. Just wait it out till theres more companies out for 2019.

I sure if the Gen 1 would crack or fail in anyway tethrd would work with you.
 
Someone asked... my order included a predator. They made it sound like they were getting a bunch in. I'm hoping they so get caught up.
 
Order #7733 (medium) placed September 6th. Nothing yet for me. Hopefully we will all get an update and good news the first part of the week coming up. Fingers crossed!
 
I ordered all my stuff the first of August and finally received my platform this week, closing out my order. I am as happy as can be with everything I purchased. Just be patient, they are really getting into their zone on getting things out the door now. It's well worth the wait.
