I just had my first season saddle hunting, so I still have that new saddle hunter smell. But what I lack in experience I make for in enthusiasm, so if there's anything else I can help with let me know.

Peter - I'm only a 1/2 hour away from Auburn so I can show up early to help with setup, cleaning up after, and anything else you need.

Who from this group (Massachusetts area) has been saddle hunting for a while? I am looking for a couple of experienced folks that would be willing to provide an introduction into saddles and talk about functionality and their experiences. I know a couple of guys from the Mass Bowsite forum have been doing it for years, but we may need a couple of more.

I am also looking for someone to talk about climbing sticks, SRTs, and any other forms of getting up a tree. I can cover WE Steps, unless Andrew shows up and then it can be his show.

Trying to slowly but surely get everything buttoned up so we are not scurrying around at the last minute. I will probably continue to bug you guys with other questions.

Pete
What day is this again Pete? I realized I'm only 3.5 hours away so a day trip is possible if the timing works out.

It would be awesome to meet The Man, The Myth, The Legend, The Red Squirrel.
This is Legit now...I think we should send a team to meet Red at the border and escort him in.
Hahahaha thanks guys I needed a good laugh today :).

The 27th could be in play. I would definitely be out for the 28th because it's Russian Easter and we're hosting my wife's family.

Back to doing a bit more planning. Hopefully my link can be opened by everyone.

The link below is to a spreadsheet assigning people to bring certain things. If you see "Table" in your row, it means I have taken you up on your offer to bring one. Everything was based on the responses I received. Send me a note (pkovago@glickmankovago.com) if you can't do what I assigned to you. We will have way too much stuff, but I am assuming things will happen and some folks will not make it. If everyone shows, well, we will feed the rest of the club too :)

I have us set up much closer to the club compared to last year, so we should have a grill (I will bring an extra tank), and some picnic tables at our disposal. Pete
