Micro-cleat failure?

Another consideration...

I was at Menards trying out hardware to mount and dropped a Harken 150 from chest-waist height and it was compromised. Not sure exactly what failed but I could hear the bearings moving around inside and the cam wouldn’t engage and just swung freely.

Not a failure at height like I think the OP was asking about, but was a good reminder for me that the 150 isn’t a piece of gear that I can toss to the ground as I’m descending like some of my other kit.

Don’t have the cleat anymore.

It just fumbled out of my hand ha. When I picked it up the cam wouldn’t engage. Would just swing freely. Probably could’ve been fixed but West Marine returned it for me.
