I have watched G2’s video on how he modded his spurs but I’d like to see some pics of how others have modified theirs...please post a pic if you can.

Replaced both straps, used a poly Cobra buckle and 2" webbing for top strap, stealth strips on pads

Did you get the buckle and webbing from strapworks? Have you climbed with the sea to summit buckles yet?

I know the webbing came from there, I don't remember where I got buckles, yes I have climbed with the summits

I wasn’t thrilled with the sea to summits. I’ll probably go back to webbing and buckle.

Ive been thinking about going with the plastic cobra buckles like that on mine. I’ve been wondering are they quiet and light?

What didn't u like about them, until I wrapped them around the shaft I didn't care for them either

I'm looking to order straps from strapworks from my climb rite spurs. I am planning on 3/4" webbing for the bottom strap and 2" webbing for the top. Two questions. 1) Nylon or Polypropylene webbing? 2) Are simple side release buckles adequate for this task?
