Niiice!!! You guys are so talented...I have to read an instruction manual to pick my nose....I have the ideas running around in my noodle but so far I can't sew, weave or weld, but the ninja aint dead yet.

I like that a lot. What about building it out of pipe?

I'd suggest hooking the hooks of that strap into the welded chain links instead of running through them. Those cheap green straps like to snap out of no where when going around small edges.

Built this today, got home and tried it out. Rock solid, very happy with how it turned out. Will be wrapped with hockey tape to silence noise.

Next step is to make a rope version that eliminates the ratchet strap.

If that is rebar be very careful it's made for reinforcing . If I was going to make that I would use cold roll steel . Great idea just please be careful.
