I have a mission and a ridge runner 1.0 right now. I like both for different reasons. The ridge runner is light, small and easy to carry, but the mission is super nice for my size 15 boots to maneuver on. I think I would be best suited by a slightly larger footprint than a predator, but sub 4lb. Any suggestions?

Size 12 and I got a lwcg the fix to replace my mission. I can turnaround and stand on it with no pressure on the tether. It’s size is perfect for me.

I watched one video and the fix looked like it flexed quite a bit, does yours? I’m about 260lb

I haven’t noticed any but I’m also only 185

I switched from a predator to an EDP and definitely feel it is an improvement. It bites into the tree better and is rock solid, side loaded, however I am 185#. Wrapped with paracord and silence strips it weighs in at 4.1 lbs. I also like the way it extends further behind the pivot. The boots in the picture are size 12 Muck Artic pro's for size reference.

I like the Fix in this size. But wouldn't discourage the EDP, and am kind of curious about the Rebel which is quite light for how much platform it is.

In what ways? Not much out there on the Rebel, can you fill us in?
It flexes, doesn’t cam down nearly as good, very sharp edges, and the teeth on the cleat and platform are not nearly as good as the edp, and I didnt like the squared off edges on the strap attachment/(versa button)

Thanks.

Yeah, everyone likes how well the Trophyline platforms cam.

From what I understand, after the initial run some folks have said the Latitude platforms they got weren't too sharp. Now they're receiving a textured coating, so it seems Latitude has addressed or is addressing a couple of issues.

I am surprised about the flex. They do use thinner metal for the platform than LWCG, but it's not much bigger than the Fix, and the Fix feels really solid underfoot imo. I would have expected the Rebel to be not very far off that mark.

Did your's weigh close to spec, about a pound lighter than the EDP?
