Need idea for a bow hanger

I mount mine on top of the site. I don't use the Mathews quiver anymore. It sucks. I'm running a tight spot quiver.

I’m going to have to try the G2 hook project. Thanks bud

I really like this one @g2outdoors posted a video on.
This video makes no sense. Dude has a mathews bow and a mathews quiver. The mathews quiver holder (once the quiver is removed) is a perfect hool to loop into a hys/daisy chain. The extra kydex thingy is unnecessary.

I don't use the Mathews quiver. I hate it. The tight spot is way better IMO.

Fair enough. Using the mathews quiver in the video to demo was a bit confusing (plus seeing the mathews quiver without the mathews QD on the bow was confusing.)

For sure the way to go with the bowholder though.

Agreed. Didn't realize I had made that mistake until after I finished the video.

My quiver qr bracket mounts to the sight. I’m sure I can find a way to make that kydex hook work. I haven’t sat down and tried yet. It may go between the quiver adapter and sight. We will see. This is my first year using the qliptor. It requires a look when hanging but I haven’t had any problems yet.

This on a cam buckle belt strap. Pricey though.

It is foolproof. Best. System. Ever.

That's slick Greg! I'd love to do this but I hunt with my quiver attached. Did a quick mock up and it ended up looking ridiculous since the kydex clip would need to be on a bracket hanging ~2.5" off my bow.

You might be surprised how well it works. I hang my bow with the quiver attached on the HYS strap while I'm getting set up. It actually works fine and if I liked shooting with the quiver on my bow, there would be no reason I couldn't hang the bow in the tree and keep the quiver attached for the entire hunt.

S biner. Remove the spring from the side you'll use to hold your bow. Works awesome

So as a lot of y’all know, I dropped my brand new bow off of a hero clip 25’ up a tree. well after repairs, I get it back tomorrow and am not Really big on the idea of continuing to use the hero clip. Any ideas?
I bought a large Niteize plastic figure 8. It is a little bigger than a hero clip but it doesn’t have that large plastic piece on the end like the hero clip does. I zip tied the wire gate back on one side and have used this as my bow hanger for the past couple seasons. This year I bought a hawk swivel hook that uses a rubberized gear tie to hang it and a large plastic hook and swivel. It’s seems nice but it doesn’t seem as stable in the tree as the plastic figure 8 does.

I know this is an old post but are you still able to mount your quiver to your bow with that hook on it?
I tried that but quickly got away from it when I realized I couldn’t attach my arrow quiver to my bow any more lol. I take it off at hunting height but it stays tightly connected to my bow so that I can get an arrow out on the walk in (never know when you might walk up on an unsuspecting hog or deer for the walk out)

Great timing on this thread....I just started looking at how to hang my bow. Thanks for the info everyone! I like the simple niteitze simple solution. I also like the Genesis 3D printed hanger. Having options is a good thing!

Funny. I'm doing the same. Anyone have feed back on Innovating The Outdoors pocket dewclaw?

That’s the first I’ve seen or heard of that. Wish there was an easy way to make it left or right, rather than buying two.
