Need Rope Mod for Lonewolf Sticks

Let Me know how much. Getting setups ready for 2020 hunting season too.
Thanks!

I've tried both the original and the new improved specifically for steps. Both seem to work.

Do any of you fellas know if someone besides LW sells the replacement straps? I’m using the straps without the buckets for the “strap mod.” Would it be ok to just buy the webbing and use a loop made with a knot instead of woven/sewn. I need two straps replaced on my sticks and I’d rather go this direction if it’s trusted. What kind of strength do you lose with the knot?

Take the buckle off. Tie the strap like you would tie a rope mod. Light, quiet, easy, and free. If you don't like it, then buy rope.

I rewatched @Nutterbuster 's video and @bowhunter15 's ropemod video. You mention in the message above to tie the strap the same way you would the ropemod; however, watching your video it appears that you do it a little different.

It appears that you go bottum side of the button, up infront of strap, then loop behind the strap, followed by returning the tag end on the bottum side of the button the same way you entered. Conversely, it appears that in the ropemod, he enters above the button, loops behind and under the rope, returning behind the rope and below the button (opposite of where he entered). It seems to me you would be losing some of the webbing's ability to synch on itself and relying on your knot on the otherside with the way you do it. Obviously there is more than one way to do it, but thoughts?

TTT? Curious what other's thoughts are.

That PMI rope is super. Easy to set up. I run that full time on stock LW sticks and it makes going up and down easy and silent. The sticks lock in rock solid to the tree. I do agree the rope will stretch a little first couple uses but haven't experienced anything since.

I was wondering the same thing. I’ve used the rope mod without issue. In testing the other method, it seems to still cinch tightly, but just in a different way. I’ve yet to stand on a stick tied that way though. not sure if the use of webbing makes that any better or worse than the rope mod?

When he originally said tie the strap like the ropemod, thats what I did with no issues. I came back and noticed the difference but have not tried his way yet.

guts that are one sticking, How has the buckless strap/rope been working for you?? Seems like while your hanging from tether to move the stick up, could be an issue. Im leaning toward a cam cleat but cant find anyone who has done this mod to a Lone Wolf stick. any links would be appreciated
