Hello all, I am new to Saddle Hunting. I received my Mantis for Christmas and am currently waiting my order of Wild Edge Steps. I am from SE Michigan but hunt public land in the Northern Lower with my Dad. I work and have two sons so I don't get out in the woods as much as I would like to but started bow hunting this past season. I saw a DIY platform using a wild edge step as the mount and a piece of wood or metal as the actual platform with a rubber coating for grip/traction. I have not been able to locate that since I saw it last week. I was wondering if someone could point me in that direction as I am interested in it.

Welcome from GR area!! I can’t remember where I saw that platform post, but I have made one before for the WE step. It worked great!!
