Welcome from NJ. I just got back from Wautauga County in your western mountains. Beautiful area and nice weather temps.
 
Welcome from South Carolina. You're going to love saddle hunting. I won't go back to anything else unless I hunt some private and there is already a stand set up and even then I may still use my saddle. If I can find a spot that over looked.
 
Welcome from Hickory, but I have to semi-seriously ask if there is such thing as a real hunter in Chapel Hill, or a tarhole fan anywhere for that matter!

I’m a Georgia Bulldog who landed in Chapel Hill for some surgical training… I consider the lack of competition in the immediate area to be an asset haha
