Yea it hurts to say this but I believe that’s gonna be a hard pass for me. I was 100% all about getting his stands and a new set of sticks to go with but at this price....
with my current equipment I don’t honestly think his stand offers any more innovation or benefit at this time (my opinion may change). I hope Dan sells a ton of them though wish I could pony up the money for one!

Thinking I might pay it. I trust Dan's engineering (and real world testing) more than LWCG. If I don't find a way to stay still in a saddle this off-season, I'm coughing it up.


Now that the 625 price tag has been released, I don't see another 100 off 500 deal for LWCG becoming available ever again..

I say go for it man if that’s what your looking for, Dan is a super cool dude and produces some awesome videos, I hope this stand is a huge success for him and others, we mite joke around about what something costs but at the end of the day if it works for you it doesn’t matter! A bunch of my buddies went to Illinois at $5k a piece and came home with hemorrhoids and hurt feelings, makes any of this stuff I buy look cheap.

Wow. I knew it would be pricey but not quite that much. I really like Dan and look up to him as a deer hunting mentor. This one is a bit out of my league I’m afraid. I’m sure it’s gonna be a great stand. No way in hades I would leave it in a tree overnight. Hate to say but it does make me feel a little better about ordering a .5 at $100 off.

Not sure where you’re seeing a kangaroo. Does have some peculiar angling to it. I think it’s a cool design overall.

I ordered one. Plan on using it as a hybrid. Use my method as harness use saddle when it makes since and sit when it makes sense. This is what I have been waiting for. Still got my platform for short hunts or when I know I am going a 100% saddle. Probably order a couple more minis to go with stand and leave my full length sticks with the platform. Now just gotta wait till June or July for it to show.

You can, sell that saddle and buy a JX3 Hybrid. You don’t need a platform or knee pads. It will also be way more comfortable than any stand

If you get a menace with ropes and predator it costs $464 plus shipping. That being said, if you want the very best platform, ropes, saddle then yes, i agree 100% brother. I think he is going to do well. I laughed at YETI and then i tried one...........
