I’m Zach Richie I’m from North Alabama public land hunter at best, my buddy gcr0003 on here has got me wanting to do the saddle thing, ordered a sit drag, gonna start out that way (don’t have tons of money to invest into something I am unsure of quiet yet lol) even though I think I will eventually go all in,

Welcome from Georgia. The sit drag isn’t my first choice but enough of us got started in them that we can’t deny their effectiveness once modified.

Welcome from South Carolina! Browse around and soak up all the great tips, tricks, dos, donts and everything in between. If you can't find an answer to a question just ask and we'd love to point you in the right direction.

Thanks you guys! Glad I joined the forum. And yeah @stevethebreeze hes a good guy! We have had some good hunts together the past couple seasons. He knows his saddle stuff and showed me some really cool stuff today and is pointing me in the right direction.

Welcome from Maine! Sure sounds like your on the right track. Good luck :)
Oh I forgot. Stay away from @DanO. He likes killin your wallet more than he likes killin deer :tearsofjoy:

Welcome from central NC!

Welcome from SE PA. I used a sit drag last year and it worked well. No commercial or DIY sewn saddle could really work significantly better.
