New Tribe Aero Hunter Evolution

Just watched your videos. I LOVE that buckle that will keep the saddle from sliding down! I also really like the adjustability of both the tree strap and the bridge. It looks like the entire saddle has great adjustability. Again I can't wait to get mine and start testing it out to get comfortable before the season!

My Evolution shipped today. Should have it sometime next Wednesday. I can't wait to get my hands on it :D

I'm closing on a new house next week. The Aero gets ordered the week after that! (I'm hoping. LOL)
Hope everything goes smooth with the closing!
I saw someone on archerytalk said they ordered theirs on june 23rd and it is backordered until the end of july already! I'm glad I pre-ordered mine!

Received mine today!

Just finished reading the instructions, and am in the initial phase of the learning curve.

Is there a video out there specific to the Hunter Evolution model?

Here are a couple videos that Boudreaux put together. I will link to them on the videos page, I plan on reorganizing some of the main pages this weekend.

Basic Overview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ckDPjXRqfHw
Evolution Features: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zo9fPwhmeag
2 Buckles and Adjustment: [urlhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcQVROVE454[/url]

Much thanks to Boudreaux for putting these together. He's the man
I'm converting from my tree saddle and mine should be here next week, so hopefully I can give some pointers then.

Welcome to the site!, and the brotherhood!

Did they e-mail you when they shipped it? I recieved a confirmation e-mail shortly after ordering and they said it would ship the end of june. Nothing sense then. Not in a hurry just want to play. :D

I got an email from ups on the Tuesday that something I ordered had shipped. It was 7 pounds and coming from Grants Pass, Oregon so I figured it had to be my saddle ;) . I received an email from New Tribe last night (Friday) that my order shipped on the 24th.

I can't wait to play too :D

My evolution arrived today! First impression is it is a quality piece of equipment. I can't wait to test it out more. We had thunderstorms roll through tonight so I wasn't able to do any more than fool around in the garage with it. One thing I could tell right away is I need to get set up on a tree and get all of the straps adjusted for me.

All I can say is this evolution saddle is AWESOME. So far I have only been able to spend about 45min in it along with 15min here and there for adjustments but I'm a very happy with it so far. I can't wait to hunt out of it

I am hoping to set up a new tree after work tomorrow. I plan on bringing the evolution along to try it out for a little while after I set up.

I didn't get to hang around ( ) as long as I hoped tonight cause I ended up trying to beat a thunderstorm while setting up my tree. I got it setup but got a little wet on the way back to the truck

I am documenting and working on a write up of all of my initial thoughts on the saddle. I don't want to post too much until I have given it a good run around but here is my experience tonight..

My thoughts from using it in an actual tree tonight are: I am really glad I spend that hour last week fooling around with all of the adjustments. I believe I had my tree strap a little bit higher than I did during my adjustment period, and the moment I started hanging I thought it was extremely comfortable. I am going to fool around with tree strap height to see how much that affects the comfort. I had my tree strap a little higher than I would put my strap for my tree saddle. The big things I have to develop a system for right now are the rope bridge, the lineman's belt and the tree strap. I think trophyline had it perfect with the bag for the tree strap and linemans belt and the way the bridge folded up. I am going to see if I can figured out a good way to replicate this for the ropes that New Tribe is using because I didn't like how I had all of these rope ends hanging off me while I was walking and climbing. The way the rope bridge hangs between my legs isn't good for climbing because it can easily get stuck on a tree step.

All in all a very positive day. I got a great spot set up :D and more experience with the new saddle. I will definitely be fooling around with it all summer to get completely comfortable before hunting season starts.

Just prepped a tree for climbing sticks and the strap one with over center buckle. Hanging here in the evolution and I'm very comfortable. I just have a few things with the overall system that I need to work out.

I'll be off the grid until Sunday cause I'm going to our camper with no service after this. Have a great weekend everybody!

Hanging in the woods in my evolution testing it out right now. Hoping to get a review written soon

First post on this forum. Anyway, considering buying an Evolution after selling my Trophyline saddle. It appears to be a much improved beast. How is the sizing? I'm in between sizes with my waste size fluctuating between 35-37 inches during the deer season. Size 1 or 2? Does it run big like the TL? Really wish they made a size 1.5...

Bassboys glad to see you made it over from the beast. I run about the same waist size as you and I'm 6' 200# and I went with a size 2. I have plenty of room to cinch it down w/ light clothing during early season and plenty of room for winter time hunting gear. I actually had the original aerosols hunter and just got the evolution upgrade about a month ago. Its nice system.

I'm 5' 7", 180, waist 36 and I went with a size 1 and that fits me really well. Welcome to the site!

Is there a discount for saddlehunter members at New tribe? I was going to order one online and it asks for a discount code or a redemption code. Any discount would help right now.
