Put it out there man!
X2. I have to buy a new rig this off season and I’m REALLY wanting to go simple, nearly indestructible, light, and idiot proof.
Put it out there man!
Ain't you got squirrels to bother?Need to change your name from nutterbuster to jibberjabber
38 mins and that’s part 1, hahaha
Really enjoyed the videos. I really like hearing what has and hasnt worked for guys that have been doing this longer than I.
Quick question regarding the kestrel buckle and leg strap modifications. Would like to hear your thought process regarding only having the one buckle on the kestrel, and it being a plastic on at that. What were your thoughts when you made that decision? I know it’s no load bearing, but do you have any worries anout that being the only thing keeping to in the saddle? Thanks.
I heard you say that you try to shy away from hunting places that bolts aren't legal said:I do strongly prefer to hunt with my bolts, but I will climb with the wild edge steps if I cannot use them. I like them much better than sticks, but I would like to find something better. Been thinking about cranfords or some other strap-on step for a while now. If I ever find something I like, I'll definitely be letting you guys know.
I've been trying to figure out how I'm going to approach my bow video. Thanks for all the feedback ya'll given me. l think I want to cover a little bit of "bow anatomy and theory" since that plays into my recommendations for deer hunters. Trying to enlist the help of an old friend who knows more than me. Definitely working on it.
