Slit across the anus. Step on tail and pull up on back legs and peel him out. Those front shoulders are so tender!!!!
This is how I do it. So fast and easy. I wish deer were that fast.

I use a call, mostly just to make myself feel more professional. And to make friends think there's really something to it!Y’all ever used calls? I use to call when I was a kid and hunted an area with big fox squirrels. They would run down the tree barking at a distress call. Grey squirrels run away or hide. Don’t have many or hardly any red fox squirrels here. Calling use to be fun. Miss it.
There is always a call in my vest. It gets used a good deal during the rut, or if I'm trying to make a squirrel I know is there show his face. Or if I'm in an area that there just HAS to be a squirrel in but I can't hear him. Early season it doesn't get used a lot, because they are quietly shoving their faces all morning and burrying in the afternoon.Y’all ever used calls? You jest, but a good, raspy triple reed diaphragm call sounds eerily good if overblown. It's the only think I've found that'll make the bark, the meow, and the whine.I'm a big fan of mouth calls, never have to take your hands off the weapon when a big bull comes charging in.
Although things can get intense out in the woods up here, with wave after wave of tree rats rushing in, and a standard call with some heft to it could very well be your last line of defense.
My new ruger air magnum .22. It wasn't the air rifle I was after but it is way too hard to get the model I want in this state. It's like buying a regular rifle.
Ruger air magnum in .22. $200 but can be had for cheaper online (which I can't do lol). It wasn't my first choice but I really wanted to get out there with one this season. I was really hoping to get a benajmin discovery in .22I'm curious what model did you want and end up with? Rugar air rifle? I have a Crossman Valiant and I'm planning on taking it back, the trigger is terrible. I'm concerned with what I might have to spend to get something that I like.

Yea I was limiting myself to a hand pump maximum.I was looking at the Hatsan Bullboss the other day and a gamco urban both in .22 and pcp which I like but they can get pricey real quick because you need tanks or pumps.
