This buck was 1/32 of an inch from being a 9 pointer. I wish he had eaten just one more honeysuckle during the summer.

Hopefully the snow storm today will help me out this weekend, but I'm not giving up! I'll be wearing my saddle in the car from now on just in case I harvest one doing 60mph on the back roads.

Both! I hunt several private spots around the house. ( one hour south of Atlanta). And I hunt a lot of public land on the Flint River. Runs down thru Bainbridge and into Lake Seminole. Somewhere near you maybe???

I'm in the business class lounge at the airport in Doha, Qatar. I've been in the Middle East the last couple weeks and I am definitely looking forward to getting back to the woods after spending some much needed time with my wife and kids. The season is running out quick.

It's five o clock (am) somewhere.

Wow!!!! Enjoy the time with the family. It would wreck me to be away from my loved ones for weeks at a time. Good luck in the woods! Don't do anything to jeopardize the lead that team 1 currently enjoys.

Atlanta seems like a great place to hunt with all the bow only counties.

We need to hunt the river together.
