Looking for recommendations on a pack to haul my saddle gear in. Does anyone have experience with the Mystery Ranch Pop Up 18?
My setups will vary but bare minimum need to pack the following.
-wild edge perch
-Tethrd mantis with (2) pouches with all my stuff in them such as lineman’s belt, accessory strap, tether, knaider and swaider
-something to do drink, let’s say a bottle of mountain dew
- rangefinder and monocular
- 5 wild edge steps but will be building a kydex holster that will be attached to the back of the pack
- extra top layer (extra sweatshirt or jacket)
- couple of cliff bars or something like that
-knife
Does anyone with the pop up 18 have experience with this amount of gear? I realize it’s not much, but is hard to get in to a regular small zippered backpack. I made it all fit this morning but didn’t like it, had to pull everything out to get to anything. Please note this morning with my backpack I did have the wild edge steps in their standard bag they come in, but I don’t like carrying over my shoulder and don’t like that wild edge bag.
