You have 1/2’ on me in height. That said, have you measured your torso length (c7 to iliac crest)?
Learn how to measure your torso length and hip size so you can choose the backpack size that fits you. Then learn how to adjust the fit of your pack before you hit the trail and while you’re hiking.

Find what your measurements are and then you can find candidate packs.
Fit is different for individuals. You will,be best served with a pack that fits you. I find that the stone glacier xcurve fits me best. But it has 26” stays, map which are not good for me in thick eastern swamp. So I use a MR popup and deal with the discomfort. But at 6’5”, 26” stays may not adversely affect you and your hunting style.
Good luck. There are a lot of good packs out there, and the best one for you may not be the best one for someone else. Lastly, check out the rockslide forum. Tons of good info. on packs.
