Got the Predator in the other day and the bare shiny aluminum was bugging me so I decided to camo it up a bit. The whole process only took about an hour and $15. I know I'm supposed to use etching primer but I'm not too worried if it starts to peel; ill just paint it again!

Looks great... how’d you do it?

I sprayed a base layer of brown satin then sprayed a sponge with the green and tan and dabbed it all over. I used a red paint pen for the letters.

It adds a nice touch! You could still do it with a red paint pen

Deer and other hunters should never see to top where your feet go. I'm planning to camo paint the bottom and post, then grip tape or add sand to the standing surface for more traction.

I got Predator from a member here and it was done in brown Cerekote with some paracord wrap around the outer rim. It is awesome and has held up fantastic.

I’m thinking about doing the paracord wrap but I’m not sure how to secure the beginning and end of the wrap

I painted the bottom also. Consider a bed liner paint for the top they have tons of traction. I thought about that after I was done
