With covid they're not allowing deliveries if that was your thoughts. I do appreciate the gesture. But she is at Children's Hospital in Wisconsin.

Gentlemen the surgery is over. The doctor advised that he got a homerun with this surgery. My daughter's pancreas had a tear splitting it in two completely separate pieces and leaving the attached portion at most 20%. The doctor advised that he was able to completely fix her pancreas and bring it back together.

This was the first time he had been able to fix it to this extent. He sounded happy for her road to recovery.

She will still be fighting infection and most likely not be able to eat for several weeks while it heals. There are other complications as well but I feel like this is hopefully of the first of many miracles for her recovery.

Amen!! Glad to hear the surgery went better than the Doctor probably expected. Prayer is a powerful thing and you had a lot of good folks here praying for a great outcome. I'll be praying as soon as I get this typed, for her, you and your family and I'll also ask for blessings for the Doctor as well. However, he's probably feeling pretty blessed by the outcome and he's probably telling his wife about it saying "I don't know how I was able to save her pancreas. I've never been fix one that badly damaged before"!!

One of my favorite verses in the Bible, Romans 8:28, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

God took the very worst thing that has ever happened in the history of the universe—the death of God on the cross—and turned it into the very best thing that has happened in the history of universe: the opening up of heaven to all who follow him....good will come, brother!! Prayers for all involved!
