Tomorrow will be 1 week since the surgery. The Dr was able to remove the rather large tumor through her ribs on the right side and he didn't have to split her sternum- that was certainly was a praise. The anesthesiologist had trouble intubating and really did the number on her throat. She said the 1" drain tube through her ribs into her chest cavity was the most painful thing she has ever experienced and this is from a woman that used no pain relief during childbirth. She is a trooper and is slowly recovering. All the prayers from here and all around the country were heard in heaven. She is ultimately in the hands of the "Greatest Physician " and I pray he returns my bride back to normal as He gave me a wonderful helpmate.
